Hi everyone,
A while ago, I uploaded several images for review on Adobe Stock. Normally, the review process is pretty quick — I've submitted other images, photos, and videos that were accepted within a week. However, I now have some images that have been pending review for over 8 weeks.
Does anyone know what the procedure is in these cases? Should I keep waiting, or is there a way to request a manual review? I would really appreciate any advice or experiences you can share.
Thanks in advance!

A large number of contributors are dealing with this issue. The commonly suggested reason for the long wait suggest that the number of assets submitted per day, per week, per month has significantly increased. There is no way to request a manual review. If assets have been in the queue for 4 months or longer, this would not be considered typical and some contributors have been advised to contact support. 8 weeks, however, is fairly typical as of late and there is not much to do but be patient.

Many Contributors are reporting waits of 2-3 months for their assets to be reviewed. There's is nothing you can do to hasten the process. Be patient.

Really?...
I find it strange that I first uploaded like 20 photos and they approved almost all of them except those... then I uploaded others again and they accepted them... but the other 3 that remained were still there... it doesn't make much sense to me.
And maybe it wouldn't be better if Adobe updated (corrected) the waiting time... because it says UP TO 8 weeks... it would be more practical if they put the correct information and avoid us posting.

I think they really don't know. They seem to move Moderators from one queue to another, which makes calculating an estimated wait time difficult. Contributors upload many hundreds of thousands of assets per week, and the Moderation team reviews about half a million per week. The average across all asset types may be ~8 weeks. Some Contributors report getting assets reviewed in a short time, while others wait a long time. I wish it was more predictable, but all we can do is wait.

It doesn't make sense to a lot of us. Knock on wood, but I have not been affected by the issue. I don't have the number of daily reviews I used to have, but at least few (maybe 4 or 5) are being reviewed daily. I once had assets reviewed even on weekends, but that is no longer the case.
Anyway, as to your point of extending a more accurate review time, since some contributors aren't experience the issue, it's doubtful that it will be changed.

Hi @aalejaandro ,
If I understand correctly, it would be difficult for Adobe to stipulate a time that will be met. I just learn that there is a new fleet of moderators. That would partly explain the apparent inconsistency we experience, especially if there is a symultanious attrition. We hope the new moderators will soon get into the natural rhythm of the work-flow and we start getting more timely reviews. In my book 8 weeks is not acceptable. However, we do not know what issues Adobe is facing that would cause the review time to move from within 5 days to 8 weeks. I take it 8 weeks is the current target, but circumstance do not allow meeting it at this time. Besides, new people are usually slower.
Best wishes

Yes, this is good news. Adobe has stated that they have tripled the number of moderators. There is a training period to take into account, assuming they haven't already "graduated," but this does suggest we will eventually be seeing a speed up in the time it takes to review assets.

In that blog post, I think they meant that they've tripled the staff over the last 18 months...

The procedure is to wait. Keep producing. Submit to other sites as well.

Hi @aalejaandro ,
I must first point out that the review has always been manually done.
Also, you do not address Adobe here. The forum is monitored my fellow contributors and other end-users.
Yes, you need to keep waiting. I have files for close to, if not passing, 4 months still waiting.
Just keep submitting, or use your time to do other things.
Best wishes

The procedure is to keep waiting. It shouldn't be too much longer. You can't request a manual review.
The only thing you can do is delete assets from Review. Resubmit and then wait some more... 😶
