Hello, I have 2 questions.
1- The images I uploaded to Adobe have not been reviewed for 11 weeks. (I sent an e-mail to the support team for their review and the answer they gave me was as follows; they said they will review the images within 8 weeks) My images have been waiting for 11 weeks.
2- Throughout 2023, my sales did not fall below 20 dollars per day, but since the beginning of this year, I have barely seen 5 dollars per day. There are 6k images in my account. What do you think could be the reason for this low sales? Thanks.
1. Review times can vary from 1-3 months based on how many other assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue and how many reviewers are on hand to evaluate them. Your turn will come. Be patient.
2. A drop in sales is common after Christmas and New Years. Your content might not be what customers are searching for right now. Are you promoting your work on social media and Adobe Portfolio?

Yes, I understand you, but the Adobe Support team told me 1 week ago that we review the images in 8 weeks. This makes 2 months. But you say 3 months, I'm honestly confused. Finally, I only sell my images on Adobestock.

The 8 week estimate is just that, an estimate. It's probably an average for all file types. We hear regularly of Contributors getting their assets reviewed faster than 8 weeks, and some, like yourself, report that it's taking longer. There's really nothing you can do to hasten the process except be patient.
It's not unusual for variations in weekly sales. It really depends on what Buyers are searching for, and what is in your portfolio. For instance, if you had a portfolio filled with Christmas images, you might have sold them regularly before the holiday, and now there's no demand.
