I have a question, I generated some people in IA, only with command without using real people as models, is it necessary to have property release? below I will send some models
generated images, without using real example people, just by command
A model release is not required.
If the generative AI content was not based on a real person, but it visually appears to resemble a person, then you must click the "People and Property are fictional" box in the contributor portal to certify the people and/or property are fictional.

Greetings! You can read more about model releases for AI images in the Generative AI Submission Guidelines, but in general Real People need a release, and Fictitious People don't. But make sure to read over the guidelines carefully to make sure the scenarios fit your images.
Cheers!

When you upload your images you will be required to check a box noting that they are AI genereated, at which point you must check another box affirming that the model or property are fictional. You can also select "Photos" as the category under which you are submitting your images. However, in most of these examples, I would classify them as Illustrations rather than Photos.

Not anymore. If it's artificial intelligence generated, just check the box when you submit.
Model & Property releases are required for REAL people and/or property.
