Reason for submitting is the obscure location (Eritrea), have had success with such as I travel to them all the time.
But the rejection isn't 'oh no, yet another beach' but quality, and am bit baffled as I can not quite spot which one of the boilerplate it is. Much appreciate guidance....
Not much in focus here, and it really should have been shot in landscape mode rather than portrait mode.

I think a major issue is composition. AS @Jill_C pointed out, I also think it should have been shot in landscape orientation.
The composition is bad in this shot!

Looks like a nice vacation spot. IMO, clipping and poor composition are the main technical problems here. Focus is the other.
As a customer, I'm not keen on buying partial images that look like snapshots. I can get those on social media. Stock customers pay for highest quality commercial-use-ready images they can use on brochures, posters, t-shirts, tote bags, magazine ads, etc...
Also compare your work with current inventory. Stock has over 100 pages of palm trees on beaches.
