The indecipherable text is the problem. Adobe specifically warns against including unecessary text. The tub also seems to be missing one foot.

In the future, if you have questions about rejected assets, please upload the asset at the size originally submitted. The errors were obvious in this example, but we often need to see the finer details in rejected assets.

When I see your cat graphics with the words Autumn, It makes me think its the cat's name. 

Its a very cute cat graphic but for clip art it needs to make sense and be usable in a number of ways. 

You can keep the colour as one version and have it in a set with other colours in the same file. But as others have said I would loose the leaves for this one. Maybe keep the leaves if you want a second theme version with the cat playing in a pile of leaves.  Have bath time related icons in the bubbles.  Maybe relating to bathing a cat. Keep the text messages off as others have already said. The purchaser of your file will handle that.  

Your graphic has potential. Just continue to work on it.
