Question about Adobe Stock Free Collection and Video Contributors

Explorer ,
Aug 18, 2025 Aug 18, 2025

Hello everyone,

Recently I noticed that many contributors have been nominated for the Adobe Stock Free Collection. However, from what I see, these nominations are mostly for images, vectors, and illustrations.

As a video/animation contributor, I haven’t received any nomination, and neither have many other contributors who mainly upload videos.

👉 My question is:

  1. Is the Free Collection currently limited only to images and similar assets?
  2. Will Adobe extend this program to include videos in the future?

It would be great to have some clarification so that video contributors also know what to expect.

Thanks in advance!

I'm assuming so, since there are videos and animations in the free collection. However, Adobe changes or updates their rules every year, so it's possible videos are not included this year. I am seeing instances of people having assets nominated, so it's possible the process of notifying contributors are over and none of your assets were nominated.

Videos are handled in a separate nomination process at a later time.

Look at the Free section on Adobe Stock. There are lots of free videos available.

My question is, will anyone who works with video or animation be nominated for the Adobe Stock Free Collection?

Currently, almost all of those who have been nominated work with images, vectors, or illustrations.

It probably takes longer to curate video & motion graphics templates (MOGRTS).
