Bonjour,

La photo ci-jointe a été refusée pour propriété intellectuelle.

Vous voyez quelque chose ? Les lettres US sur le holster (étui) du revolver ?

Si je les supprime, pensez-vous que je puisse reproposer la photo ?

The entire statue is protected Intellectual Property; you would need a Property Release from the artist in order to make commercial use of the image.

Comme l'objet principal est la création d'un artiste, installé dans un lieu publique, il vous faut dans quelques pays (notamment en France), l'autorisation de l'artiste pour pouvoir publier cette image. 

Le modérateur a fait bien de refuser cette photo sous l'enseigne de la PI. Il aurait aussi pu refuser pour des problèmes de qualité. Mais, de cette façon, vous n'investissez pas des efforts inutiles en réglant les problèmes de qualité pour avoir un refus final en PI.

Even if you had a signed Property Release from the artist & owners of the statue, it would be rejected for Technical Reasons.  It's poorly lit. Details are lost in shadow.  Read these links.
