It's not sharply focused. We should be able to read the text on those yellow signs. There's also a bit of chromatic aberration in the tree line.

Theres a black artifact on right upper corner.

Without that, the focus is on the edge. It can be accepted or not. It depends on reviewer.

Also, a few smaller black artifacts directly to the left of the one you mentioned, closer to the power lines themselves.
