Rejected photos

Hello guys. Could you help me understand why some blurred photos have been passed checking and some have been canceled?

Technical criteria includes a good subject; contrast and exposure levels; color saturation & white balance; depth-of-field; camera angle, horizontal & vertical alignments; cropping & framing; no distractions from noise, artifacts, halos, sensor spots, lens dust or post-process aberrations.   

If you care to post an example of one image that was approved by reviewers and one that was rejected, perhaps we could provide better answers for you.
