Rejection on Digital Art

Hey Folks,  Recently I've and creating digital art from my original photo image and having rejection issues. Could I get some suggestions on how to get better results? Thanks Tom

Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.

The reason is always the title… this text is useless for us. This is “Quality Issues”. That's enough.

The use of filters is generally refused.

You should submit the photo if that meets the quality requirements. Probably everyone can apply the filters they need to get an effect similar to this if desired.
