Thank you! The flare on top is part of the reflection I have no idea how to fix it. Do you have any suggestion. I also appreciate if I can hear about your feedback on the other picture.

Short of experimenting with AI, there isn't much you can do to fix the flare. As for the other image, I'm curious why you are going for a square format. Landscapes are generally more impressive if photographed with a wider aspect ratio. In any case, there are no over 31 million sunset assets on Adobe Stock, so even if it passed a quality inspection, it might get refused due to being to similar to other assets in the database.

If you use a conventional camera with a lens, use a polarising filter to reduce or eliminate flare and reflections.

the sunset has a leaning horizon, the foreground is underexposed and serves no purpose in the photo, a very small spot in the sky (probably a bird) wich needs removing and some posterization in the sky.

Hi @Inspiration Soul ,
Your first image is underexposed and details are lost in the shadows. You placed you focus too far out to capture the landscape and I detect chromatic noise.
The issue I find with the second image was already highlighted.
Best wishes
Jacquelin
