Release problem

Those releases are from EaseRelease app.

Who can describe what is wrong with these releases?

Why adobe reject them every time. Before I have not faced with problems like this?

Maybe something changed in rules?

Maybe adobe accepts only releases in own form(as posted in FAQ).

Another question is if I upload photos of  toys to stock that were taken on a photo background. So do I need a property release?

By @viktoriia_9640

That may be a taff question to answer. In general, I would say yes, as they are really the subject of interest. So the designer of the items has to approve the use for stock. However, if they are generic items, ie you can't distinguish the  product maker like with a hammer, cisors or things like that, you won't need a release. It's probably a mat

The signatures all look the same. Are you the model, photographer, and witness?

Then that makes sense. But can you be your own witness? Just throwing out ideas here. My assets don't require model releases, so I'm not that familiar with what Adobe expects from one.

You don't need to submit a release unless there are recognizable people or property in your image.

This rejection issue: does Adobe explicitly state that you need to submit a proper release?

Adobe never gives precise information on the rejection.

I've had it happen. Rejected, fixed, resubmitted, accepted, and sold, all within 30 to 45 minutes.

FYI: I needed to delete your model releases, as the showed too much private data. You really need to be more careful publishing your phone number or your full address or an e-mail here.

As for the realeases: even if it is better to have a witness, if both parties (model and photographer) are dults, witnesses are not necessary. I rarly use a witness.

Adobe accepts any model release that contains all the necessary information: age of the model, address, irrevocable and unconditional release.

This is what Adobe writes on their site: "We also accept model releases in the following languages, as long as they’re filled out correctly and are substantially similar to the Adobe Stock release form. "

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/model-release.html

If you want an easy fix for this on the Adobe site: use the digitally signed release. That's easy, as long as you do not submit to different stock sites, as other sites do not accept the digitally signed release.

Thanks for reply!

Could you know why adobe does not send these images for review?

Release is a digitaly signed release from adobe. But when I submit it - it just reloads the page without any message.

Sure, this checkbox was set (but in indeterminate state).

After clicking submit I received a notification that files were submitted, but files was still in same place as before submit.

This is what I see:

  • Your assets are not ready to be sent, thus the "light" is still red.
  • I see, you have enough keywords (48 and 49)
  • You have added titles (I hope so)
  • I see you have attached one model realease.

So the only issue that is left, before setting the files to green: "Include in submission" tick.

You get a notification that files got submitted? What happens if you check out the data that is in revew? How many assets are in review?

This checkbox affects a list of included files in submission. Also on Submit button I see an actual count of images what I prepared for submit. So definetely this checkbox was set on all files.
