Please tell us the specific reason given for rejection. This is your starting point (and ours). For this picture I'd rather expect an IP violation, did you have a property release?

Technical reason. 

Also, Finland has no "property release law". You are allowed to take photos of houses etc. with some limitation. If you enter the private area, for example an interior of someones house, you cannot publish the photos.  

But from street you can take photos of what ever if it's not violating their privacy.

The laws of Finland are not the only factor in this case. Adobe sell photos around the world, and set their rules to avoid legal action in all territories. In this case the IP that I would worry about belongs to the maker of the digger. So please carefully review and follow Adobe's IP guidelines, without assuming any exemption because of your location in the world.

That's why I've removed the logos from the excavator in Photoshop. I was thinking that it would make it to be a "generic vehicle".

I edited the starting post and added another example there.
