Stock Contributor Bonus Program issue

hi,

i have a problem with the subscription code i got from the contributor bonus program.

i am a member since the start and have gotten this bonus code for at least 5 years in a row.

now when i put in the code to renew my subscription, following the instructions on the website i linked too below, i get the message that i have "reached the limit" for such bonus codes.

this worked fine the last years but with the code i got in 2024 i get an error message that i reached the limits for such codes.

does that mean this "bonus" i got is not valid?

that i get from now on a subscription bonus code from adobe that is useless?

why then giving it to people at all that have reached the limit?

i can´t be the only one who got this bonus subscription code 5 times?!

i asked the adobe stock support about this and also the general adobe support.

both are pretty much useless, the solution they gave me did not work.
the persons in the chat seem to be more clueless than i am.

i asked about this in july 2024 (ADB-35438922-S3T4) already and the support told me to wait until my current subscription runs out in november and try then again. of course my subscription did run out now and it still does not work. so i can not use photoshop and lightroom anymore.

my current support ticket (ADB-37352569-T5N2) regarding this problem is open since november 22 and nothing happend.

there is only one day left for the adobe black friday deals and i really would like to know if my bonus code is really useless or not.

This is what is in my email with the bonus code:
"As bonus codes expire 12 months from the date of issue, you must activate your code before January 20, 2025. The code will be valid for one year once activated. We are unable to provide replacements for expired codes."

yeah but unfortunately that has nothing to do with my problem. 🙂

i got the code in january 2024 for my sales in 2023.

i tried to renew my subscription with that code in july 2024 as i wrote above and it did not work.

the reason i suspect is, that you can only renew a subscription 5 times with these contributor bonus codes. 

i have at least used the bonus codes since 2019 for my subscription.

but if that is the case, why giving me this code when i can not use it?

also why does nobody at adobe seems to know for sure?

the support told me in july that i should try again in november.

some people here should have run into the same problem when you can only use the bonus codes 5 times to renew a subscription.
