Submission Limit Reached – Still Limited After 5+ Days, When Will It Reset?

Hi all,

I hit the submission limit about 5 days ago and still can’t upload new files. The message says:

“Submission limit reached – Either you have too much content pending moderation, or you’ve submitted the maximum weekly limit…”

Does anyone know:

  • How long the limit usually lasts?

  • Can it last more than a week?

  • Is there a way to speed it up or reduce pending content?

Appreciate any help. Thanks!

New submissions will be prohibited until enough of the assets on your "in review" tab have been reviewed such that your pending assets are below the limit that has been established for your account. The only way to know what your limit is to check back each day. There is no way to hasten the reviews, so you'll just have to be patient. You can delete some assets awaiting review by clicking in the asset in the "in review" tab and clicking "Delete" on the lower right corner of the screen.

Thank you for the clarification, that really helps. I wasn’t sure if the limit would reset automatically after a certain number of days, so it’s good to know it depends on the number of files still in review.

Hello! 

I have waited more than 3 months for the review of my photos, and I deleted them and sent them again, however just a few pictures (5 or 10 were reviewed) and I have to wait another 2 or 3 months without any response, what can I do?

Delete your assets or wait. You have those two possibilities.

5 days is not a week.

 

A week is 7 days.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
