I'm trying to figure out why during uploads certain times the Submit button is grayed out.
For example. I had 25 images to upload. Out of those 25, 19 uploaded with no problem, but 6 of the images I could not upload because the Submit button was grayed out.
I double-checked, and all boxes were checked, the title, keywords, category, etc were all filled in. So I'm banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why the Submit button is greyed out.
Thanks for any help.
I believe the grayed out button means that you have reached the maximum allowable assets under review on your account. Adobe implemented a max limit several months ago to throttle the massive number of AI images being submitted for review. You won't be able to submit more until some are reviewed.

Mine grayed out when I had 500 images in queue, but they have all been cleared out and the submit button hasn't come back to life 😞

Have you added more images since the 500 were cleared out?

So when I got 500, I had uploaded about 30 not knowing about the limit. Since clearing out the queue these 30 are just stuck there in the new section, can't submit or delete. But if I upload new ones I can submit 😅

Can submit the new ones that is, the previous ones are just stuck there in limbo

Did you try altering any of those "stuck" images under the New tab? Perhaps a slight change in the title or keywords will refresh them somehow... grasping at straws here, because otherwise I think you'll have to delete and re-upload them.

Still confused. By "cleared out," do you mean they have been accepted and are now for sale on Adobe Stock? Or are they still under review? When I reach my limit, I contine uploading new assets. And when assets under review are accepted, I submit the new assets until I reach my limit again. This gives me time to title and keyword then, then Save them, so that they are ready to go when new images are accepted.

This is very very disgrace that other platforms accepts numorous even some are unlimited but why adobe just take the files in a very lowest number. Again adobe takes the maximum time to review and accept files than all other platforms. 🙄🙄

These two facts are correlated:
1. Adobe implemented over a year ago submission limits on accounts to prevent mass uploading of poor quality assets; however, those limits are gradually to as many as 3,000 submissions. We continue to hear of Contributors uploading 3,000 images at a time.
2. The queue of images waiting for review has grown huge, causing many of us to wait 2-3 months or longer for our assets to be reviewed.
I believe that if Adobe reduced the number of assets that a Contributor could submit at any one time, they would improve both the quality and the review time.

The limit was initiated because of contributors who were submitting hundreds, if not thousands, of crappy AI assets per day. Other platforms are probably using algorithms to moderate submissions. I'm pretty sure Deamstime is. They will even reject an asset if there are misspelled words or poorly structured titles. Human moderators wouldn't take the time to do so.

And what kind of limit have Adobe? How much pictures can I send in a day? Or in a month?

Contributors are allowed 51, 501, or 3001. New contributors start out with a limit of 51. We don't know for sure when a contributor is eventually allowed 501 or 3001.
Once you've reached your limit (whatever it is), you can submit more assets once exiting assets are viewed. For example, if a contributor reaches the limit of 51, and they have 7 assets moderated, the contributor can submit 7 more assets.

There's no way to know how many assets you can submit. When you reach the limit on your account, the submit button will be grayed out. I've never reached the limit on my account because I concentrate on quality rather than quantity, submitting only a handful of images at a time.

I found a solution:
select all, then in the panel on the right, dissable and enable these two checkmarks. it would reset the pictures and they will become uploadable.

That was it, thank you!

Thank you. This has fixed the issue for me too
