I am producing flag images and I am uploading as batches. All of the batches were accepted but several from Saudi Arabia batch. Reason: Technical Issue.
This is one of the images which were accepted.

and this is the one of the images from Saudi Arabia Batch which was rejected:

What could it be the technical issue? I have many many images which were accepted and which includes Iran and Saudi Arabia flags.
Thanks

I do not know where darichka sees a blured image, I can’t and I do not see a problem in the pictures that would be to be considered for a refusal. My only guess is that the moderator made an error and wanted to select either « similar images » or did not know that there are 2 greens in the upper third of the picture.
You say that you have many Saudi and Iranian flags? Is there anywhere a situation that could be considered similar?

Да тут невооруженным глазом видно, что нет резкости в изображении.
Сравните с верхним изображением и все увидите. Успехов!

I think it may have to do with this. You have banding in the green - it is not a smooth transition...

You can just see the colour banding in the green. Therefore I think it was rejected due to this.

Yes that may be. Infact that is a clear refusal reason.
