Photo 1 is way underexposed. Photo 2 is badly cropped and has a terrible shadow over the building. It also needs a release for the name.

There's no details in the dark areas of the evening photo. You needed to apply more exposure to that shot.

 

There is chromatic aberration to the left side of the window.
