Hello,
I am an Adobe Stock Contributor and I am unable to add my mobile number to my account.
When I try to add my number (+880, Bangladesh), I receive the following error:
"An error occurred while performing this action."
Here’s what I have already tried:
Used different browsers (including incognito/private mode).
Cleared cookies and cache.
Tried with VPN (Singapore and Netherland locations).
Logged in from the same device I usually use for Adobe.
Retried multiple times over several days — the issue remains.
This problem is preventing me from receiving OTP codes, which means I cannot verify my account properly or use certain features. I also learned from other contributors in my region that they are facing the exact same problem.
Could you please:
Confirm if there is an ongoing issue with adding mobile numbers for contributors in my region.
Manually add my mobile number to my account.
Mark my current device as trusted so that it does not ask for OTP every time.
I can provide screenshots or any additional verification details if needed.

That does not help, as the issue is the country code, not the internet connection. You would need a mobile number from a different country, probably. I think, collecting all the information I learned about during the last weeks, that all numbers get blocked, where Adobe is not officially doing business.
Before, there was no need to enter a phone number, so there was no issue with this, as a contributor. But as they have changed the rules to become a contributor, and new contributors now need to enter their phone number, this is an issue.
I suppose that existing contributors are grandfathered, but new contributors are locked out, until Adobe changes this. I do not have any information that there is a change underway, and your only option is to check this with Adobe customer service. It's a customer service issue, as you need to enter your phone number with your Adobe ID and not with your contributor ID, if I'm correctly informed.

That can't be done. If you are, however looking for a manner to sign in using a TFA, there are other means, like a second e-mail, or an authentification app. I use the app: "Adobe Account Access"
This is, btw, not Adobe support, and Adobe does not read the messages here or follow this forum. We are all fellow contributors here, trying to help other contributors. That's all.
