I am a new user and this is my first time creating an Adobe ID. I'm unable to verify my mobile number during the account setup process, as I keep receiving the error: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later," even though I entered my Pakistani number (+92) in the correct format. I’ve already tried different browsers, devices, cleared my cache, disabled VPN, and waited several hours, but the issue still persists. Please look into this problem, as it’s preventing me from completing my account setup. If possible, kindly verify my number manually or provide an alternative method to activate my account.

There's nothing we can do in this user-to-user community. You'll need to reach out directly to Stock Contributor Support.

This seems to be a comon issue for some countries. There is nothing this community of peers can do for you.

"The number verification process for Adobe Contributor is not working, and this seems to be a common issue in some regions. I kindly request Adobe to investigate and resolve this problem as soon as possible, as it is preventing users from completing the registration process and contributing content.

As indicated above, this is a user to user community, and Adobe reps do not regularly visit here, so your requested will not be read. This issue has been reported for a while now, so I assume it's on Adobe's radar to fix it.

My guess is that the countries where the verification does not work are those in which you can't order a subscription from Adobe. It would make sense, if Adobe is not doing business in those regions that you can't contribute from those regions.
Contributing is not a right, Adobe can well decide that they don't want contributors from some countries. But for transparency reasons, that should be noted somewhere on the Adobe site.
You will need to contact Adobe customer support, if the issue is in relation with your Adobe ID or contributor support, if the issue is in relation of your contributor account. You need an Adobe ID first, before being able to set up a contributor account.
