Upload button off

Hello everyone, can you tell me why my upload button is off, when I try to upload a image, i saw the button was off, I can't do upload. What is the exact issue i don't understand please explain and tell me what is the reason and how much time need to open my upload button :white_heavy_check_mark:

You may have reached your upload limit for the week, especially if you are submitting a lot of AI. Once some of your assets have been reviewed, you should be able to continue uploading.

I don't know of any upload limits, however your account does have submission limits. Try accessing your Contributor Account from a different browser.

Have you completed the Stock Contributor enrollment process?

1. Verified email and phone number.

2. Uploaded your Tax information.

3. Entered your verified Payment Account details from PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill.

Hi @Swadhin Lens ,

I observe an information icon (a question mark) beside the upload button, click/tap on it and read the information. Any addition assistance I suggest you use the "contact us" link at the bottom of your contributor account to reach out to Adobe.
