Is it possible to upload photos that are also uploaded to multiple stock photo websites other than Adobe Stock? Thanks in advance.

Yes, Adobe does not require exclusive rights.

Adobe does not require exclusivity, however you will need to confirm whether any of the other sites to which you've posted do so.
