I want to upload Vectors on Adobe Stock, I will be glad if anyone gives me the correct answer to my questions. Here are the questions.
1. Can we outline the text or font in vector designs? or let them remain editable?
2. Do we need to upload the. JPG with Vector file while uploading?
3. What is the best artboard size for the vector files? On the uploading page of Adobe stock, they mentioned the minimum artboard resolution is 4MP but when I checked the vector requirements page, they mentioned that 15MP is recommended. So now I am confused about what artboard size will be perfect for the Vectors that I want to upload on Adobe Stock.
Kind Regards.

1. Yes, but it's no more editable. If you keep it editable, however, he buyer needs to have the font, or needs to get it easily. Using Adobe fonts is recommended when submitting Adobe Illustrator files.
2. No. Adobe generates PNG files (where appropriate) and JPEG files and the preview on the fly. You only upload your asset.
3. The difference between recommended and minimum is quite obvious to me. The minimum is required, the 15MP (mega pixels!, not megabytes!) is only recommended, but I would even go higher if the asset profits from that. It will influence the JPEG and PNG generation. It's obviously irrelevant to your vector file.
