Video preview image only show background screen in review dashboard

I upload video animation footage on adobe stock. In review dashboard, video image shows only my video background screen, which is yellow. The contain images not showing. I wander if someone can help me figure out what to do? I include the screen shoot below.

Ive heard that the image shown on videos is random and that there is noway to change it. I assume there are some frames in your video that only show the background and that one of those frames was chosen for the display image.

There have been reports that sometimes when you upload an asset, it is shown as an empty frame. If you suspect that, it may help to delete the asset and upload it again. You should save your keywords and titles, however, as they get lost, when you delete.

(as a side notice: I think that English is not your first language. It may help, if you write in your language.)
