Hi everyone! I uploaded some photos and several were rejected. I would like to receive more feedback about these three.

The first and second were rejected due to quality issues. The third one due to intelectual property rights (probably because of the text in one of the ships?).

Really appreciated your comments!!

First - Those "bokeh" photos are always risky, the subjects which should be perfectly in focus aren't, and they can always consider it too shallow.

Second - Noise,

Third - Yes, those boats are private properties and require authorization from the owner to be used commercially, and also Selva Marine for the engine.

IMO, you may have property issues with the 2nd one too.

Artworks  are often owned by libraries, museums or foundations with gift shops.  They might take a dim view to you selling images of their collection and profiting from it.

Always take blank property & model release forms with you when you travel.  You never know when you'll need one.
