When I uploaded the file, I found myself unable to click include in submission

Dear community,

I have recently encountered an issue with the Adobe Stock website and I hope someone can help me out. I have uploaded several illustrations in PNG file format on the website, but I am unable to click the "include in submission" button after uploading the file. Here are some more details about the issue:

1. I have only uploaded illustrations in PNG file format so far, and I am unsure if video or audio files would also encounter this issue after uploading.
2. The issue only occurs on the Adobe Stock website, and I have not encountered any problems with other Adobe Stock applications.
3. I have not encountered any error messages or warnings during the upload process, but I am unable to click "include in submission" after uploading the file.
4. I have tried using different browsers, including the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox, but the issue persists.
5. I have restarted my computer, cleared the browser cache, and tried using other devices, but the problem still occurs.
6. I am using the English version of the Adobe Stock website in Mainland China, and I am not sure if this is the reason for the issue.

I have recently installed high-speed broadband at home and bought a new laptop, so I am confident that there are no issues with my network or computer. However, I am still unable to include my files in the submission.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

What method are you using to upload assets to Adobe Stock? Can you post here a printscreen of the error message so we can see the conditions under which you're submitting?

I uploaded the file by dragging and dropping it, but I did not receive any error messages or warnings.

Have you read the Stock Contributor Guide? It contains detailed info on how to upload, edit and submit the file.

#1 Illustrations should be submitted as math-based vector graphics -- .ai, .eps or .svg.

#2 PNG is a pixel-based raster for images containing transparency.   If you don't need transparency, don't bother submitting PNGs. 

#3 I'm not sure what problem you're having.  To submit signed release forms, you must check a box for "image contains recognizable people or property."

You did not enter all the required information. As long as your picture stays with that red point, you did not complete all the required data.

Please note also, that some data may not be required to submit, but may be required for acceptance, like the "generative ai tools".

Please also note, that in order to submit PNG files, you should have transparency with your data. If you do not have transparency, submit a high quality JPEG file.
