Why this image is rejected for quality issues?

Can someone explain why this image is rejected for quality issues? I can't see why.

It could be a little sharper but, the problem is overexposed highlights. This can be seen in the Lightroom histogram where the indicator is "on".

Hello,

I think you could alter the colour temperature/white balance. For me, you have a slight green cast. Add a bit more tint, and make the image a bit warmer.

You have put the sharpness level to the foreground. It should include also the background. The whites are indeed blown out. The asset is overexposed.

In general it is a nice picture. If you do have the raw version of it, you may solve partially the issues and try again.
