When accessing my account today I received this message: Your account has a status validation issue. My account was blocked without any explanation.

Eight days ago I requested payment of $237 and today they mysteriously blocked my account. I still have $316 available to request payment.

Is there a solution?

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Unfortunatyely you have joined the club with dozens or hundreds of other contributors. Nothing that can be done here, all you can do is use the contact form they link to when you sign in and plead with them. Most people got a stock response within 2 days saying something extremely vague about what the issue was. After that you just have to wait it out and hope they do something. You probably won't hear from them and there's no way to actually get ahold of them about any of it so you basically just need to sit on your hands and hope for the best if you have already responded to them. A few people have been getting unblocked after like 10-14 days, but others are taking longer still and there is zero communication from Adobe about it so it's unknown what will happen. Even if they unblock you, it will just be that your account randomly works again withoug any notice or communication from them about it so just keep checking back on your account. I'm sorry this has happened and even if your account is reinstated you will lose all the rankings for your images and have dreadfully low income for roughly a month after it is unblocked so keep that in mind too. I had $600 in a pending payment myself and it's now 14 days that my account has been waiting and so I lose out on another $90 for each day that it's down. In the meantime I have setup a system to go through all my images, tags, and titles prior to submitting them to make sure I can filter and scrub any improper terms that may be there since even some scientific names are IP protected and may have caused your block so from here on out I suggest you also be overly cautious about tagging going forward. Theres a few dozen people in the same situation as us in a discord and I have seen maybe 5-10% of us have been unblocked so far and most of us had the block happen around the 24th.
