Your account has likely been suspended for potentially violating the Contributor Terms of Use. At this point you should contact Adobe Contributor Support using the link they provided when you attempted to log in. Adobe will reply most likely within a few days. Be patient while Adobe works through the process, and be polite with any follow-up correspondence.
The members of the forum aren't employees and we aren't able to help you other than advising you to contact Adobe with the link that's been provided when you log in. Adobe will only communicate with you about this via email. Good luck!

There have been reports here of Contributors getting their accounts unblocked after Adobe completed their review. As @George_F said, contact Adobe at the link on your account page that shows that your account is blocked, then wait for Adobe response which could takes weeks. Don't overwhelm them with repeated demands for feedback, which just clogs their customer support system.

Sometimes accounts are cleared, and sometimes they are permanently closed. We are unsure of how often they are cleared vs permanently closed though as we are forum volunteers here and not Adobe employees.
I do want to to emphasize again that no one here is able to help you except by recommending you contact Adobe with the link they provided for you.
Good luck!
