Hello,
I have this problem for almost 2 days, this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."
and I can't do anything on the screen, except accessing Adobe ID settings.
I sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer.
What I should do next ? What is wrong ? How can I validate and what to validate ?

Please check your inbox, or spam folder for correspondence that was sent to you when your account was blocked.
Sorry to say, there is no other way we can help from the forum. You will have to communicate directly with Adobe about account matters.
