CSV file upload failure

Hello, I've been having trouble uploading my CSV file for my videos on Adobe Stock. I've tried trouble shooting but I just get an error saying failure to upload with no reason why. Here's a picture of my CSV. Thanks and hope to solve this soon.

Sorry for being late. I hope you have solved your issue meanwhile. If so, it would be nice to update this.

Try leaving “Releases” blank, and don't add a final comma to your Keywords. I assume that your filenames are correct.
