Can't renew substance 3d education license: "Unique ID already esists"

Community Beginner ,

I tried to renew my Substance 3D Education license by submitting a new request for a mail with my Adobe ID. But this mail was never received and no, it isn't in my spam folder. I can't resend the mail, because I now get the error: "UniqueID already exists" in the forms input field.

I tried to reach out to the chat support but I was only told that the student license is not free for longer than 12 months and that I should try to apply for the license with a different Adobe ID. But this statement is in direct contradiction to the FAQ, which states: "The free Substance 3D for Students and Teachers license is valid for 12 months. If you are still eligible at the end of the 12 months, you can renew your student license following the same redemption process."

Since other people have closed their post with the above workaround, I felt compelled to open a post myself to get a real solution to this problem.

Hello @Ozzelord,

As we already discussed it, I'm currently checking with other members of the team what's the issue with our student licenses.

I'm sorry this can take time, but I'm not forgetting you, I understand the problem, and I'm looking for long term solutions.

Thanks for investigating the issue. But I actually need access to the Substance 3D programs now and need to renew my license asap. Shouldn't it be possible to manually send out those verification mails?

That's precisely what I would like to do. Check on my end, and send the code if needed. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the donotreply@adobepartneroffer.com

Trust me, it also bothers me that we can't offer a straight forward solution, but we're working on it. In the meantime, if you need a quick access to a free Student license, the most efficent way seems to use an other e-mail, which is definitely not the solution we want to offer, but currently the most direct one.
