"Couldn't find explorer.exe to launch windows explorer" error

Does anyone know how to fix it ? Each time I click a file link  I get this error.   In both regular and   Steam versions coexisting on my laptop.     Should i point  to it in some obsure preference settings or something ?    it's in C:\Windows   on my pc.   Always been there .

Thank you for reaching out! You may look out for special characters or non-Latin characters in the full path that may trip up Designer when passing the command to the OS for opening it.

If you are unsure about what to look for, you may the full path of the file if you are comfortable with disclosing that.
