We spend > $30K on licenses annually. Adobe is a 230 BIllion dollar company. Support is unable to answer simple questions. Agents keep forwarding to other agents. Calls get hung up after 15 minutes on hold.

A user - who is also part of our team license (60+ Adobe CC licenses) - purchased an additional annual license to Substance 3D Texturing ($238.02), but does not have access to it. not do I see it in my admin portal under that user.
