Hi,
When trying to import my model exported from Blender and selecting 'Use UV Tile workflow' I recieve a very useless error message [Scene 3D] Failed to load 3D scene. Loading failed.
When de-selecting the 'Use UV Tile workflow' option the scene imports just fine.
Only one of the meshes in my scene has multiple tiles, when exporting this mesh individually from Blender the import works just fine.
Does Substance Painter not support scenes where some meshes use multiple tiles and others dont?
Or perhaps this is casued by some other issue. I have attached a log, the final successful import seen in the log is the multi-tile mesh on its own without the rest of the scene.
A Single mesh with multiple tiles imports just fine...
However when trying to import this complete scene which contains the main multi-tile mesh and all the other meshes the error appears.
I hope this is a sufficiently clear explanation.
Thank you.

Hi,
Did you have Autounwrap selected activated?
Would you mind sharing your mesh?
If you don't want to share it with everyone you can send it to my email sainteca@adobe.com
Kind Regards,
Geoffroy SC

Hi,
Many thanks for your reply! The error appears wheter auto-unwrap is selected or not.
The FBX files are too large so I have uploaded them to WeTransfer which will expire after a week, please feel free to download them for any troubleshooting: https://we.tl/t-O56fzFa8pT
'Pumphouse Building 1.fbx' Is the scene with single tile textures across all meshes, this imports fine as expected.
'Pumphouse Building 3UDIM Building ONLY' Is the multi-tile mesh on its own which imports fine as expected.
'Pumphouse Building 3UDIM Full Scene' Is the complete scene where the main building mesh is multi-tile and all other meshes are single tile. This produces the error.
Thanks for your interest in my issue.
