Adobe Substance 3D add-on for Blender not working

I have been using the blender add-on integration tools to load the adobe Substance materials in my 3D files. But now I have a new laptop (macbook pro) and when I try to install the same add-on and integration tools it does not work anymore. I get an error trying to install the add-on and all the materials I try to apply are shown as black.

Hopefully there is someone that can help me. I already tried unintalling and re-installing the addon multiple times.

My hardware and software is up to date:

Blender version is up to date: 3.4.0

Macbook Pro: Ventura 13.0.1

Same I have the same problem. When ever I try to upload the Substance 3D Intergration Tools it gives me an error.

I have the exact same problem here on MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 with the Substance 3D Integration Tools on Blender 3.4.1. Has the problem still not been fixed?

Hi @Clément22277929in8c , we're still working on this particular issue and hope to have a fix available to you soon.

In the mean time, could you try to manually delete the Substance3DIntegrationTools tools folder from:  /Users/(username)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ 

After doing so, re-start Blender 3.4, go to the add-on perferences and re-install the integration tools. If you see the error message again but do see your preferenes section populated, try to use the Load button on the Susbtance 3D panel anyways and let us know if .sbsar files can be loaded.

Hi @Vadim33877496cnug  and @Charles5FBC , the pluggin version 2.0 is currently working with Blender 3.0 - 3.6, but it is not yet compatible with Blender 4.0. We are releasing an update as soon as possible for this.

Glad to hear that worked for you! A restart is some times when removing and reinstalling the add-on as files may remain cached.
