Got the substance addon on but wont take the tool at all. Yes there both up to date and yes blender is up todate. Also your support has been god awful everytime it has been sent to the wrong team and after they sent me to another one thet just end up ignoring me and hang up... this has happen 5 times
Ok
Can you try this :
1. Remove the add on and close Blender
2. Press the Windows key +R and type appdata into the search bar
3. Navigate to Roaming > Adobe and if you see a folder called Substance3DIntegrationTools delete it.
Restart your PC, open Blender and try the installation steps in my previous post again

Hi
I've moved your post to the specific forum for Substance Plug ins.
I've been using the Blender plug in for some time but just uninstalled it to try the latest version with Blender 3.2.2. It installed without issues.
Taking this step by step
1. Can you confirm the exact version of Blender and your operating system (I used v3.2.2 on Windows 10)
2. Can you confirm the exact zip files you downloaded
Blender add on is Substance3DInBlender-0.9.1.zip
Integration tools is Substance3DIntegrationTools-1.4.3-Windows.zip
Assuming your versions are the same as above can you go through these steps and say at which point it fails
1. In Blender select Edit and then Preference
2. In the Preferences window, select Add-ons and click the “Install” button
3. Navigate to the Substance3DInBlender zip file (don't unzip it)
4. Select the Substance3DInBlender zip file and click the “Install Add-on” button
5. In the Add-ons section, select the checkbox to enable the Add-on
That should have the basic add on in place so now you need to install the integration tools
6. Still in the add on Window under Preferences for the 3D add on click on Install Tools
7. Navigate to the Substance3DIntegrationTools zip and click OK
That should have installed both tools and you will see a list of default options.
To check the installation Select Blender's 'Shading' workspace and in the node editor window press 'N' and you should see the Substance 3D tab at the right edge of the Window.

So, if I read your reply correctly
Your versions of Blender, Windows, and the two Substance zip files are the same as mine.
You get through steps 1 - 5 OK. But when you carry out step 6 you don't see a dialogue that allows you to navigate to the Substance Integration zip file?
Or can you get to the zip file but after clicking on it you don't see the dialogue below:

For those who are still having problems with the substance integration tool, I was having massive issues too, until this thread. I followed it and it didn't work for me at first, then I tried importing the zip file from the download folder and now everything is working. Blender3.6. Many Thanks
