I encountered an error 305 installing Substance 3D Sampler from the CC desktop app - on the troubleshooting page, the only tips are "Retry" and "Restart the computer and retry" - neither has done anything. I still encounter the error in trying to install the software. It usually fails around 5% of completion. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The Creative Cloud Desktop team found the issue. The issue is occuring due to a bug with Microsoft memory allocation impacting only Substance Sampler (more details here).
Steps to follow to fix this:
