It is perfectly normal, you have to set the shadows, shaders, etc. in your other 3D tools.
I suggest you to search for tutorials that shows how to set up your texture set in the 3D tool/renderer.

I can help you find the right tutorial if you tell me which software you are using (and if you have screenshots it will help too).

Regards!

You're welcome!

If you have access to the Substance 3D Collection from Creative Cloud, you can send directly your material to Substance 3D Stager, set up the scene and render.
Here's some tutorials:

Or if you want to stay in one of the tools you already have I recomend starting with UE5 to start.

Hi!thanks for your timely response:D

I know i can hide the HDRI map only left the plane with my material. But how can I output this image with a resolution of at least 2048^2? To avoid any confusion in my description, I will provide the image that I want.

I'm not sure if I understand correctly, might it be related to the tiling of the material?
If you want to adjust it you can do it via the 3D view bar:

It set how much you want to repeat the texture on the 3D Viewport.

In the following image, what i want is the left image (framed by the blue line) with realistic effect and shadows, but how can i output it? Sampler only supports export material maps.

once i output the material to other 3d tools, the dimension of these small assets(little pebbles in the above image) disappear because it becomes 2d maps. so when i use different environment maps, there is no shadow changes in the material.

I'm a newbie, thank you very much for your help!

What I want to achieve is quite simple: create a 3D plane model--assign materials--set up different HDRI environment lighting--render a single image.
Do you have any recommendations for good tools? Specifically for materials and shadows. The tools I currently have on my computer are Maya and UE5.

Regards!
