Hi, thank you for the new version.
But I am unable to get up and running.
I saw a similar report on Reddit,
I went from 4.2.2 to 4.2.1 and it started.

Thank you for the 4.2.2 update.
I did that update and changed the driver from "New Feature Branch" to "Production Branch" and that solved the problem.

Thank you for letting us know.
Did you change your Intel or Nvidia Drivers?
This will help us to fix the issue.

Yes, I change "New Feature Branch" to "Production Branch" by Nvidia driver.
(I Download "Production Branch" file in nvidia official site)

oputo,
how did you change from New Feature Branch to Production Branch? I have only been using GeForce Experience to update my Nvidia driver which lacks options (currently running studio driver V546.33).

leighv123,
You can also download the driver file from the driver download page on the official website below.
Please select "Download Type" there.
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=us
After all, the stable "Production branch" seems to be the best choice.

oputo,
Thanks for the link. I did have a look there... and just went back to double check if I was losing my mind (more so than I thought anyway). There is no option for Production Branch or New Feature Branch for my GPU (Geforce RTX 2060 Super)... just Game Ready (GRD) or Studio (SD). I have been running Studio drivers for some time now.
However, changing product type from Geforce to Nvidia RTX/Quadro, the cards listed there list Production Branch/Studio as one of the options. So I take it from that the Studio drivers for Geforce is the equivalent/ish... although reading the info on that page shows a different description and throws us another acronym (ODE) for the Production Branch/Studio drivers. I know I know... how do you get ODE from that. I'm not going to say.... but if, like me, you don't have a life... then you might go to the download page and have a look yourself... riveting stuff! (insert sarcasm).
Just to add another acronym... going into my Nvidia control panel/System information it lists my driver type as DCH (stands for Windows Declarative Compoentized Hardware if anyone cares)... I don't... for all I care it could stand for Don't Care Honestly... although honestly, my immature creative pea brain came up with far more 'colorful' language for that acronym which is certainly not Adobe Community guideline friendly, nor 'woke culture' friendly... and I wouldn't want to risk getting cancelled now would I?!
So to wrap up probably the most boring post this community has seen (congrats if you made it this far). I am just gonna use 4.2.1 until Adobe sorts it out.
Thought I would post this info if anyone else is acronymly challenged (I dunnno if that's even a word but I'm claiming it) and as confused as I was/am/probably always will be.
I need a drink!

Yes, I think it is a good choice.
By the way,
Since your GPU is a "Geforce RTX 2060 Super", the Product Type you should choose is "Geforce".
( My GPU is "RTX A4000", so the Product Type is "NVIDIA RTX/Quadro". )
_
And as you may have noticed, "Geforce" and "RTX" display different information.
"Geforce" Download Type = Game Ready Driver(GRD) , Studio Driver(SD)
"RTX/Quadro" Download Type = Production Branch/Studio , New Feature Branch
_
So, in your case,
Product Type = "Geforce"
Download Type = Studio Driver(SD)
you may be able to get 4.2.2 running.
_
I don't know much about DCH, but you can also download the driver from the URL below.
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us#
The choice here is,
Windows Driver Type = "DCH"
Recommended/Beta = "Studio Driver"
If you choose to do this, you will probably be fine.
Good luck !
