Application shortcuts menu

Can we please have it so that all of the shortcuts are viewable from one of the menus. It is very frustrating not knowing about certain shortcuts... only to stumble across them through forums and the occasional tutorial video... and then have to go to the online manual to view them all.  

This seems to be an obvious oversight and not very difficult to implement.
