100% CPU Charge

Hi evryone.

i'm working with Stager since one year now, with an Imac i9 , 128go ram and AMD Radeon Pro XT 16go.

But i still can't work with the GPU.

Most of the time, Stager charges my cpu to 100%, crashes and i have to restart my mac.

So i'm seriously wondering if i will pay for another year, with all these issues.

Apple assistance told me that i will damage my CPU.

Any chance to fix all these troubles ?

Hi @AEllard , no, the AMD Radeon Pro XT is on my motherboard, it's an Imac 2020.

I have no issues with Photoshop and Illustrator, but Stager, honestly, a real mess.

Hi @Aliwud! Are you using the AMD Radeon Pro XT 16gb as an eGPU for the iMac? If so, Stager does not support eGPU at this time. https://substance3d.adobe.com/documentation/sg/system-requirements-213060284.html
