Black screen

I am using the latest version of Stager and like many others, am experiencing the blank screen problem. I have tried every suggested -- deleting aero$ folders, checking graphics card, all of it. Nothing works. I can't even close the program without using forced quit. Unless someone can suggest something that actually works, I'm going to uninstall and try to forget this program. Adobe? On windows 10.

To confirm, have you seen this help article and tried the solutions there:

The blank viewport occurs when the app isn't able to initialize the rendering engine, which is almost always because of the graphics card configuration issue.  You need to check both the Windows settings and the NVIDIA control panel settings if that's installed as they can conflict with their settings.
