For sure, you can do real estate staging using Stager, but it's not going to be a quick process so it's also not going to be cheap. You'll need to develop enough familiarity with Stager and, most likely, Painter, to build the kind of environments you want. Stager doesn't turn a photograph into a 3D scene, so you would need either a 3D model of each interior or you'd have to fake it using planes to catch shadows and to which you could apply materials for walls and floors.
I would expect to find more useful, easier-to-use service providers and render products tailored to exactly this market. They are likely to be more economical for most purposes.
