Its not clear to see not covered area of object. But anyway please try Export UV feature in Stager that is also available in Dimension. Here is video how to use it in Dimension. Hope it will help.

It looks to me as if Stager thinks your texture is a decal. How did you apply it, exactly?

Decal can be apply as a texture if you choose "Fill" option for decal in property panel. Texture can be images that can be added in Maps "+" small windows for customizing metallic, Opacity or other property.
Do I understand correctly your idea?

Yes. I'm asking how exactly the texture is being applied. He can add a graphic (which comes in as a decal that can be changed to fill) or can use an image applied to "Base color" in the "Base surface" of the Material section. There is no "Texture" field in Stager, so how this was applied might be the clue.

I'm applying a texture to multiple meshes i made, and yet some meshes are not displaying texture at all (the rounded areas seem to not like texture for whatever reason)

How and in which app did you create the meshes?

Creating meshes is possible in CAD application, like Blender, 3DMAX etc. Also mow you can use Adobe Illustrators' new feature creating and exporting OBJ file from Illustrator.
Create 3D graphics in Adobe Illustrator
Blender is FREE application so you can look into it Download — blender.org
Adobe Substance 3D Painter and Adobe Substance 3D Sampler is cool apps for creating materials/
Also you can use Microsoft 3D Builder and 3D Painter to create any 3D Objects (meshes).

True, but not relevant or useful. My question was directed to the OP.
We're trying to get at where Charlie's texture problem originates. How and where he created the meshes may be where the trouble lies. I certainly can't reproduce his problem in Stager using a variety of test models, and he hasn't answered my first question as to how he applied the texture.
@charliedixon: If you can answer those two questions, how you created the meshes and exactly how you applied your texture in Stager, we may be able to help.

Can you share obj file via any cloud to test? Thx

Hi Charlie,
Thanks for the data.
Definitely report the bug to substance3d-bugs@adobe.com and send the .obj and the .ssg along with your Stager logs so they can examine them. It may be (probably is) an issue with how Shapr3D is generating its meshes, because it's a bit of a Wild West out there among the coyotes and the 3D authoring tools.
Meanwhile, try Object > Generate UVs on the "blank" object, then retry applying the material. For objects created in [random 3d app] this often fixes weird material problems. If that doesn't do it, I have seen Object > Export UVs work (for unknown reasons) in Dimension, so it might work in Stager.
As Ares says, feel free to upload the .obj so we can poke at it. Given how busy the Stager team is right now, that might yield a faster result, but don't neglect sending it all to them for a more permanent fix.
