Via simple 3d line drawing tool as cam path [screen split like adobe painter] one for drawing the line and the other for cam prespective at any position at the line and also timeline for full animation preview.
Cam prespective options:
Detecting main element or marked 3d point location.
Change cam prespective 360° at any position in the line to any cam target location and then automatic cam prespective adjustment [to the main element or marked 3d point location] and option to control the gradient rate at any modified position [control cam prespective change speed] by a slider as [range of line positions or frames or time].
