Premiere Team Project is Empty

Hey all,

I received an invited from a client to collaborate on an Premiere Team Project . However, when I opened the project it is empty and non of the bins are showing up, although I can see all the b ing in the Adobe Creative Cloud.

Any insights is much appreciated.

The screenshot shows no sequence, did someone create and publish a sequence already?

I am having the same issue and dont know what to do! Ill add you to the project so you can take a look. Not sure what to do since all the media and  saved drafts are there but the timeline has nothing and I cant drag a draft over.

Hi Carson,
Did you copy items from another project into this this Team Project (in particular one that has 'remix' applied)?
I was able accept the invite and open the project in Premiere 23.4 and the sequence is editable for me.
Which version are of Premiere are you using and could you send me a screen capture of what you are seeing [upawlik@adobe.com]?

Hi Udo,

Would you be willing to help me through this same issue?  Can't seem to pull up an edit we have been working on for a couple of weeks on both ends.
Here is what we see when opening up the project: Assets are all there but no Sequence

I even tried to create another Teams project from the last save and it's just not opening up.  It's strange because we have been moving along flawlessly up until this point. 

At first I was trying to open the project and I would get this error code:

Then I reverted to a previously saved version then it would get stuck here:

I've even tried exporting the project to a normal Premiere Pro project and the sequence is still not embeded in there. 

Any help or direction to KB's would be greatly appreciated.

The same exact problem just happened to me. I open a team project that I created and the entire project is empty. I can see the edits but only in Creative Cloud. When I double click to open the sequence it loads into the source monitor. When I drag it into the record timeline area, it is "hard-committed" (no edits, just one solid V1 and A1 track).

What does your 'Team Project' window look like? Is is blank? Are 'Update' and/or 'Publish' buttons enabled?
