Solo editing between 2 different computers

Does Team Projects allow me to share a project across muliple computers with a single Adobe account? I am using a single student Creative Cloud Account and attempting to work on one project on multiple computers. I have a project that I would like to work on both at school and at home, I descovered Team Projects but do not know if it applies to my situation.

Yes, this is allowed.  Although, it is not recommended that you edit on both machines at the same time.
