The team project I created in 23.1 has been working just fine until yesterday afternoon. The connection now comes and goes every few seconds, and won't stay connected long enough to publish or update changes. Nothing has changed on the network side, all is working as it should. I was able to update and publish changes last night after a hard reboot of the computer but today that has not been the case. Any suggestions?

Does the issue still persist? If so, could you send me your last few 'Team Project Local Hub' logs?
Team Project log location (enabled by default):
(Mac OS) : ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Team Projects Local Hub/2.0/logs
(Windows): C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Team Projects Local Hub\2.0\logs

Hi there I'm having the same issue. I see reverting to 23.0 has fixed your issue- are your collaborators also running 23.0 or 23.1 still?

They continued in 23.1 without issue. No one else in the project had this problem, seems to be localized to my end.

Well I followed your lead and reverted to 23.0 and the connection is fine again. Thank you for posting an update!

There is a bug in Premiere Pro 23.1 that causes the Team Projects background process to crash repeatedly on certain projects in rare circumstances. If this was the problem you encountered, then simply opening the project using Premiere Pro 23.0 will correct the problem (you can do this on any computer, when logged in as your Adobe user). After that, you should be able to use the project with Premiere Pro 23.1. This bug has been fixed in the next release. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience and stress caused by this flaw.
More details about "certain projects in rare circumstances": if you lose your internet connection, lose power or reboot while the Team Projects background process is in the middle of synchronizing a project to the cloud, a stale transaction is left in the Team Projects Cloud Service for that project. This is not normally a problem, and they are cleaned up by the Team Projects background process. But a bug was put into the 23.1 Team Projects process to the effect that, when it tries to clean up stale transactions, it crashes. The previous release (23.0) can clean up stale cloud transactions without crashing, so once 23.0 has done the cleanup, 23.1 will not try to do it and will not crash. This problem was found and fixed in January and will be available in the next release.
