Team Projects keep dissapearing since 2025 Update

Hi everyone!

Since the major 2025 Update I'm dealing with the issue of Team Projects randomly dissapearing. I've created a TP, invited my colleague, and every now and then the TP just wont show up in his list when opening Premiere. I then have to remove him and invite him again. Happened with two TPs so far.

Any ideas or similar experiences?

Hey Guys, sorry for not providing all the details needed and obviously not posting this issue in the right community - I'm new here.

So I'm on Windows 11 and my colleague is on macOS 15. Both of us using Premiere v25.0.

I also had the same TP disappearing once and that was just after I made the switch from 2024 to 2025. Also it has only happened with the same two project ever since, so could it be a project based issue? Because other TPs created on Premiere 2024 are running perfectly on Premiere 2025.

Hi @Lukas27218323bozn, when your colleague lost access to a project does he still receive notification in Creative Cloud when you publish changes to the project?
How long before your colleague loses access again after removing and re-adding him?

Hey, we havent paid attention to if he still gets any notifications but we will now if it happens again.

As for the time between the project disappearing, it seems random. Sometimes days, sometimes couple weeks.
